EUROGARDA

EUROGARDA is a real estate agency which was founded in 1994 by Stefano Lorenzini and Francesca Mezzavilla. Selling and letting property is our core business, but we also offer a wide range of services such as contracts and technical assistance.

We operate within the tourist and residential sector as well as the industrial and commercial ones. We offer to administer properties, but we also provide a translation service.

The agency primarily operates in the area of the Lake Garda and has customers from all over Europe, especially Germany, Austria and England, beside Italy. Our office is situated in the shopping centre of Affi, in the province of Verona. The office is next to the motorway exit Affi - Lago di Garda on the Brenner Motorway (A22).

We are members of FIAIP (Italian Federation of professional Real Estate Agents), which stands for reliability and experties. We have an interchange with 15.000 agencies in Italy and with 30.000 in Europe.
